About the Opportunity:

Join a high-profile team to develop and implement medical strategy for in-market and pipeline products in Oncology. Lead the Medical Affairs Strategy and Tactical Plan, engage with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.


Duties:

• Develop Medical Affairs Strategy

• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy

• Work cross collaboratively with internal teams to support pre and post launch activities

• Manage Medical Education plans

• Lead KOL engagement plans

• Cultivate KOL relationships by participating in scientific discussions and sharing insights

• Drive data generation programs

• Manage safety review with PV

• Disseminate data relating to brands

Skills and Experience:

• MD degree required

• At least 7 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry within Australia

• Experience with solid tumours

• Commercial acumen

• Exceptional engagement and communication skills
