Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry? |
I entered the recruitment industry driven by a deep-seated desire to engage with diverse individuals, learn continuously, and positively impact lives. The fast-paced and ever-evolving environment of recruitment is a compelling source of motivation that keeps me energised and eager to overcome new challenges each day. |

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you? |
The healthcare industry has always fascinated me due to its vast and complex nature. Joining the healthcare recruitment industry has given me the opportunity to broaden my horizons and work alongside driven and compassionate individuals who strive to improve the lives and wellbeing of others. impacting the lives and wellbeing of others. |

Tell us about your most memorable role placement. What were the challenges and achievements? |
The first placement I made has stayed with me as my most memorable one. It was a challenge to trust my instincts and identify the candidate who met all the requirements. However, it was a rewarding experience when the client expressed their satisfaction with the candidate I had chosen. Hearing the candidate's excitement and joy when they learned that they had landed the role was the cherry on top of the cake. |

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job? |
My Bachelor's degree in Criminology and post-graduate certificate in Teaching have been instrumental in shaping my current role. The rigorous training I received in research and writing has been valuable in creating candidate profiles that capture their abilities, personalities, and accomplishments. Additionally, the teaching experience has provided me with the skills to mentor candidates, offer constructive feedback, and guide them through the recruitment process. |

My advice to candidates is to be authentic, candid, and passionate about their goals and experiences. Don't hesitate to share your excitement and demonstrate your passion for the role you desire. Remember that every interaction is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression, so always bring your best self to the table. |
