Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry? |
To be completely frank, I stumbled into the recruitment industry by chance! I was working as a Retail Manager and yearned for a more office-based role that still involved plenty of human interaction. When I spotted a job posting for a Recruitment Consultant, I jumped at the opportunity and haven't looked back since. |

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you? |
Several aspects of the healthcare industry captured my attention: The opportunity to make a tangible impact on the health and wellbeing of Australians and beyond. The rich diversity of candidates and the chance to engage with a broad range of professionals. The unique and challenging roles that healthcare offers. |
Tell us about your most memorable role placement. What were the challenges and achievements? |
Wow, just one? I've had so many memorable placements, but what stands out to me is the satisfaction of finding candidates whose needs and aspirations align perfectly with a role, and watching them flourish in that position. Overcoming the challenges of the recruitment process and witnessing a happy placement is the ultimate achievement. |

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job? |
I possess a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology. This education has proven invaluable in understanding candidate behaviours, motivations, and decision-making processes. |
|
Why a client or candidate should work with you? |
It's simple: As a recruiter, I hold the responsibility of shaping someone's career trajectory in my hands. It's my duty to work tirelessly to place them in a role where they can thrive and feel fulfilled. My approach is not just about filling jobs but rather, about helping individuals fulfil their aspirations and reach their dreams |
